Mushroom - brocolli sauce on pasta



Ingredients:    (amount according to your plan and taste) 

small onion  
oil / butter
mushrooms   1 small can
garlic     2-3 cloves
milk       cca ½ l 
cream     (optional)
broccoli  200g  (frozen or fresh)
flour  /  starch     
salt or vegeta
pasta  - any shape you prefer

Dice onion and fry it on hot oil or butter for about 5 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms, salt and fry for some  minutes. add 1 clove of garlic. Pour milk and stir. Add broccoli cut in small pieces. When the milk is almost boiling, add cream / milk  mixed with flour or some starch 
( I use 2 teaspoons of starch).  When broccoli is done,  add the rest of garlic and the sauce is ready. Cook pasta and pour the sauce over it. You can put  grated cheese on the top, if you like.      ENJOY !
